摘    要:大直径不带法兰的立式列管固定床甲醇合成塔具有能源利用合理,催化剂使用寿命较长,操作方便等特点。通过设计实例,介绍了甲醇合成塔的工作原理、结构特点、设计参数及材料选择原则,并对其结构设计、强度计算、设备制造检验的要求等设计要点进行了详细介绍,为同类产品设计提供了参考经验。

Abstract:Large diameter vertical tubular fixed bed methanol synthesis tower without flange has the advantages of suitable usage of energy, long using life of catalyst and convenient operation. With the practical example, the operating mechanism, structural features, design parameters and material selection principle were introduced in this article. Moreover, the structural design, strength calculation and requirements of fabrication and inspection for this equipment were described in detail. What presented herein can be referenced for the design of the same equipment.
