| 摘 要： | 三台1200m^3引进乙烯球罐因球壳板的曲率超差判为不合格品而废置，后对球壳板进行修复重新安装再利用。本文扼要阐述球罐再利用过程中遇到的转化设计、矫形修复、产品焊接试板、焊条选择、组装及无损检验等实际问题，以供同行借鉴。

| Abstract: | As the curvature of shell steel plate exceeding the specified value, three 1200m 3 imported ethylene spherical tanks were judged to unqualified product and put aside as useless. After repairing and reinstalling, the shell steel plate were reused. This article discussed the following problems briefly: transformation design, rectification repair, product welding test plate, electrode selection, assembling and NDT, which occurred during reusing of the spherical tanks, for the reference of persons in the same trade. |
