无碳复写纸集装箱装运算法研究

摘    要:无碳复写纸生产企业物流过程中的集装箱的装载问题,是产品运输中的一个非常重要环节.由于产品本身的特性,包装件在集装箱内的摆放要求正面朝上,以防止无碳复写纸包装件之间的互相碰撞对无碳复写纸功能的破坏.目前无碳复写纸包装件装入集装箱的工作大部分依靠人工操作来进行.由于人力、物力及产品本身的要求,箱子只能一次性地装入,而不能反复装卸.为提高集装箱的空间利用率,降低运输成本,讨论了无碳复写纸装入算法的思路.

Abstract:CarDonless copy paper product loading irrationally in container is an important tache for carbonless copy paper parts chromogenic breakage during logistics transport. The purpose of this study was to investigate on loading problem of carbonless copy paper products with gathering package in container, and to improve on the lowly used rate shortage of container space caused by simple heuristic method letting strategy. Satisfying encasement scheme was gained by using this method to mixing shipping combined by rolled and planed carbonless copy paper. This arithmetic will supply a reasonable layout and loading scheme, and bring great economic profits.
