湿二次料粉碎输送系统的可行性设计

摘    要:湿二次料粉碎输送系统是保证稻壳制环保餐具正常生产的关键。基于原料的不稳定性,系统丢弃了原传统的收集输送方式,采用恒体积直筒垂直输送。电气部分用开关信号通过PLC来控制电磁阀,并运用外部线路来达到自动输送计量的目的。整个过程操作方便,稳定可靠,可推广运用。

Abstract:The comminution and transportation system of the humid antiquated material is a key of manufacturing of the rice - hull dinnerware. Based on the instability of the humid antiquated material, we select the constant vertical bulk to transport, which is not a traditional mode of transportation. In the end we control the electromagnetism valve by switching signal with u-sing PLC and achieve the intention that we can use the exterior circuitry to automatically transport in electricity. The system is steady and reliable. The whole operation is convenient and propagable.
