| 摘 要： | 针对兖矿国际焦化公司7.63m焦炉煤气净化采用氨硫循环洗涤净化装置,存在焦炉气质量差、杂质超标,NHD脱硫不正常,无法满足甲醇生产要求的问题,通过技改在氨硫循环洗涤流程后串联栲胶脱硫,成功解决了困扰甲醇生产的难题,并对新增栲胶脱硫部分的工艺、流程、设计参数及生产控制要点等进行了介绍。改造后的焦炉气制甲醇装置实现了稳定、高效生产。
