电磁瞬动脱扣器数字化设计软件开发

摘    要:电磁瞬动脱扣器的脱扣特性是反映低压断路器在短路故障时动作情况的特征曲线,对其进行数字化设计有利于提高低压断路器设计水平。通过数字化设计软件导入电磁瞬动脱扣器几何模型参数并进行计算,实现脱扣器动态特性与脱扣特性的数值求解。试验验证了软件计算结果的准确性。

Abstract:The tripping characteristics of an electromagnetic instantaneous release are the characteristics curve to reflect the action condition when a low voltage circuit breaker is at short circuit fault. The digital design of the release is conducive to raise the design level for low voltage circuit breaker. Introducing into the geometric model of electromagnetic instantaneous release by the digital design software realized the numerical calculation of release dynamic characteristics and tripping characteristics. The experiments verify the correctness of the software calculation results.
