摘    要:河坝1井钻遇地层复杂.下部有含硫化氢的超高压天然气层、塑性盐膏层、漏失地层等,易出现井漏、喷漏同存、卡钻等井下复杂情况和事故。钻井液维护处理存在防漏堵漏难度大、地层易垮塌、盐膏层易污染钻井液、高密度抗高温钻井液性能调整困难等技术难题。该井三开井段应用了聚磺抗钙防塌钻井液体系,四开、五开井段应用了聚硅醇抗钙防塌钻井液体系.并采取了相应的维护处理措施。针对钻井过程中出现的井下复杂情况和事故,不断优化钻井液性能.并采取相应的工程技术措施.从而确保了该井顺利钻至设计井深。

Abstract:Formations penetrated by the Heba 1 Well are complicated, including lower ultra high pressure gas zone with hydrogen sulfide, plastic gypsums, leakage formations, etc. Therefore, downhole troubles such as circulation loss, blowout meanwhile loss, pipe stuck are likely to happen. Many technical challenges occur to maintain drilling fluids, for example, high difficult block leakages and prevention, caving in, contaminations by gypsum, property control for high density and high temperature resistance mud, etc. Polysulfonate, anti calcium and anti caving drilling fluid system is used in the third hole section, and polysiloxane, anti calcium and high temperature resistance mud is employed in the fourth and fifth hole section, in addition, supporting maintenances are taken. Given that downhole troubles and accidents arose while drilling operations, frequent optimizing mud properties, and taking corresponding engineering measurements ensure the successful drilling progress to planned depth.
