压力容器大开孔补强结构强度有限元分析

摘    要:运用压力面积法和ASME法计算分析了一受内压模型容器筒体大开孔补强结构,用极限分析法求出其极限载荷和设计载荷,并用分析设计法进行了验证。通过比较和分析可知,由于压力面积法中没有考虑弯曲应力的限制,将其用于大开孔补强设计时有时不可靠。实际压力容器大开孔补强结构应有较大的安全系数,用ASME法和有限单元法进行大开孔补强设计是合理和安全的。

Abstract:The reinforcement structure strength of a model pressure cylinder with large opening subjected to internal pressure is calculated using two large opening reinforcement methods including pressure area method (PAM) and ASME method,its limit load and design load are calculated by limit analysis method, it is checked using design by analysis By comparing and analyzing on a model pressure cylinder with a nozzle subjected to internal pressure using these two methods respectively, sometimes, PAM is unreliable because of neglecting bending stress The reinforcement structure strength of pressure vessel with large opening needs conservative safe coefficient in engineering practice, meanwhile, ASME method and finite element method are available and reliable for large opening
