食品中农药残留分析技术研究

摘    要:本文论述了我国食品中农药残留污染的现状,阐述了色-质联用技术、极谱分析、串联质谱技术、毛细管电泳技术等在食品农药残留分析中应用比较广泛的分析技术的特性,同时阐述了具有更广泛应用前景的现场快速检测技术:免疫分析、生物传感器、酶抑制技术等。

Abstract:The review summarizes the serious situations of food pollution by pesticide residue in China. The characteristics of the analytical technology such as gas chromatography mass, polargraphic analysis,mass-mass analysis, capillary electrophoresis which were developed quickly and applied widely were briefly reviewed. The prospect for the use of biosensor, immunoassay and enzyme inhibition is great in the rapid detection on the spot.
