摘    要:液态制备法因具有成本低、工艺简单和可操作性强等特点而广泛应用于金属基复合材料的工业化生产。其中,液态浸渗法制备复合材料的关键在于浸渗过程,因此如何控制浸渗过程中的工艺参数来制造高质量的复合材料是人们一直关注的课题。综述了液态法制备金属基复合材料的浸渗动力学模型研究现状,分析了当前研究中存在的问题,提出了相关建议,展望了复合材料浸渗动力学模型的发展趋势。

Abstract:The wild application of liquid preparation method to industrial production is primarily ascribed to its low cost, simple process and operability. The key process in the liquid preparation method is infiltration, whose parameter control is crucial to the quality of the produced composite materials and has long been an issue of great concern. Based on the characteristics of infiltration process, the research status of the infiltration kinetics model is introduced, and some relevant proposals for the current problems are provided. The development trend and prospect of the infiltration kinetics model of metal matrix composites made by liquid infiltration method are also discussed.
