摘    要:对1 000kV特高压调压补偿变压器的结构和调压实现原理进行了分析,提出了一套调压补偿变压器保护配置方案;对1 000kV特高压调压变压器现场误动波形数据进行分析与研究,调压变压器保护涌流不仅二次谐波含量小于经验值,涌流间断角特征也不明显,导致差动保护误动。基于1 000kV特高压调压变压器的涌流特性,提出一种混合涌流识别方案。通过实时数字仿真系统(RTDS),验证了混合涌流识别方案适合调压补偿变压器保护配置方案。

Abstract:By analyzing the structure and regulating mode of 1 000 kV ultra-high voltage regulation and compensation transformer, a set configuration scheme of the transformer protection is put forward. By analyzing the misoperation wave data of the transformer, it is found that the transformer protection second harmonic content is less than the empirical value, and the intermittent angle is not obvious as well, these would cause the differential protection misoperation. Based on excitation inrush current characteristics of the transformer, a mixed inrush current identification scheme is proposed. By using real time digital simulation system, results verify that the mixed inrush current identification scheme is suitable for the regulation and compensation transformer protection configuration scheme.
