摘    要:岩心的孔隙和喉道(简称孔喉)分割是岩心微观结构分析的基础。由于孔隙的复杂性、多样性;孔喉分割算法一直是国内外研究的热点与难点。本文提出一种基于中轴线提取的孔喉分割算法。首先计算孔腔三维图像距离变换的梯度;提取孔腔中轴线及孔腔截面信息。然后寻找具有孔腔截面面积局部最小值的截面,作为喉道。寻找具有孔腔截面面积局部最大值的中轴点,作为孔隙中心点。再进行生长分割和喉道后期处理。实验结果表明该方法具有良好的孔喉分割效果。最后提出了一种喉道法向量提取方法,并通过实验进行了验证。

Abstract:Segmentation of pore and throat is basis of core microstructure analysis. Because of complexity and diversity of core, Throat segmentation algorithms are always hot and difficult problem in domestic and foreign research. A new algorithm for segmentation of pore and throat based on skeleton was proposed. Firstly, the gradient of 3D image distance transform is calculated for extracting skeleton and cross section. Secondly, some throats with local minimum value of cross section area are detected. Skeleton points with local maximum value of cross section area are treated as center point of pores. Then, pore growth segmentation and throat post-processing are carried out. Experimental results show that the method of proposed has good performance in throat segmentation of 3D images. Finally, this paper put forward an algorithm of extracting throat normal which was verified by experiments.
