纤维编织网增强混凝土加固混凝土柱轴压性能的研究

摘    要:为进一步探究纤维编织网增强混凝土(Textile reinforced concrete, TRC)加固混凝土柱的轴心受压性能,本文研究了纤维编织网层数、纤维编织网搭接长度及使用短切纤维改性精细混凝土作为TRC基体等因素对TRC加固混凝土柱轴心受压性能的影响。结果表明:TRC加固素混凝土方柱的破坏形态和延性得到改善,承载力提高幅度达17.32%;对于TRC加固RC柱,纤维编织网搭接长度、短切纤维改性精细混凝土对TRC约束效果影响不明显,但随着纤维编织网层数的增加,TRC约束效果明显提高,TRC加固RC柱的延性得到改善,承载力提高幅度最高可达14.74%。文中最后对TRC加固RC柱的极限承载力计算公式进行推导,并给出计算模型。研究结果可为TRC加固混凝土柱的工程应用提供参考。

Abstract:To further explore the axial compression performance of concrete columns strengthened with TRC, the effects of textile layers, the lap length of textile and short fibers used to modify fine grain concrete as the TRC matrix on axial compression performance of reinforced columns was studied in this paper. The results indicated that the failure pattern and ductility of TRC-strengthened plain concrete column was improved, and the bearing capacity was increased by 17.32%. For the RC columns strengthened with TRC, the lap length of textile and short fibers modifying fine grain concrete did not have obvious influence on the constraint effect of TRC, but TRC constraint effect was increased obviously and the ductility of columns was improved with the increase of textile layers, and the bearing capacity was increased up to 14.74%. At the end of this paper, calculation formulas of the ultimate bearing capacity of RC columns strengthened with TRC were deduced and the calculation model was given. The research results provided the reference for the engineering application of TRC-strengthened concrete column.
