摘    要:研究了基于矢量控制的电压源型变换器(VSC)功率控制的稳定性问题。VSC通过控制基于电网电压定向的d轴和q轴电流来调节注入电网的有功和无功功率。VSC注入电网的功率与d轴和q轴电流间的关系特性对功率控制稳定性影响重大。基于VSC经线路阻抗接入无穷大电源的单机无穷大系统,研究了VSC输出有功功率、端电压幅值与注入电网的d轴和q轴电流间的关系特性。发现电网逐渐变弱时,有功功率对d轴电流的灵敏度由正变负,此关系特性制约了VSC弱电网运行时功率控制的稳定性。进一步分析了功率、端电压幅值对d轴和q轴电流的灵敏度特性。基于分析结果,提出了提高VSC弱电网运行时功率控制稳定性的基本思路。

Abstract:The power control stability of grid connected vector control based voltage source converters(VSCs)is studied. VSC regulates the active and reactive power injected into the grid by controlling the d and q axis current oriented to the grid voltage vector, respectively. The relationships between the power and the regulated current are instrumental for the stability of the power control. The power and current relationship in the simplified system of VSC connected to the infinite bus through grid impedance is studied. It has been found that, as the grid gets weaker, the sensitivity of active power to d axis current becomes negative. As a factor that threatens the power control stability, the negative sensitivity is further studied. Approaches to improve the power control stability of VSC connected to a weak grid are proposed.
