摘    要:采用乙酸丁酯萃取油页岩干馏污水中的酚类物质,考察了pH、油水比、温度、搅拌强度、搅拌时间、萃取剂的重复使用次数对除酚效果的影响.试验结果表明,采用乙酸丁酯对油页岩干馏污水进行处理是可行的,其最佳处理条件为:pH值为6.50、油水比为1:5、温度为30~40℃、搅拌强度为200~300 r/min、搅拌时间为10~20 min,在此条件下平均除酚率可达90%以上.用乙酸丁酯萃取油页岩干馏污水,不但萃取时间短、除酚效率高,还为后续生化处理创造了条件.

Abstract:The butyl acetate was used to extract the phenols from oil shale retort wastewater. The influence of pH, ratio of extractant to wastewater, temperature, stirring intensity, stirring time and repeti-tion times of extractant on phenol removal efficiency was investigated. The results show that treating the oil shale retort wastewater by butyl acetate is feasible. The optimum conditions are as follows: the pH val-ue is 6.50, the ratio of extractant to wastewater is 1 : 5, the temperature is 30 ℃ to 40 ℃, the stirring intensity is 200 to 300 r/min, and the stirring time is 10 to 20 min. Under the above conditions, the av-erage removal rate of phenols is above 90%. Treating the oil shale retort wastewater by butyl acetate has short extraction time, high removal rate of phenols, and creates the conditions for the subsequent bio-chemical treatment of the wastewater.
