高能氧化锌陶瓷线性电阻的研究

摘    要:本文介绍了新开发的高能氧化锌陶瓷线性电阻的性能参数及其基本规律,并报导了我们的研究结果。研究表明,新开发的氧化锌陶瓷线性电阻具有电阻率范围宽,能量密度高,电阻温度系数正负可调,线性度较好的特点,能够适应许多释能场合的应用,并可进一步开发用作无感电阻。

Abstract:The paper introuduces application parameters and foundamental characteristics of the newly developed high energry ZnO ceramics linear resistor,the results of study are also re- ported.The results show that the feature of ZnO linear resistor is wide range of resistivity, high energy density,resistor-temperature cofficient with variable negative and positive vaule,and good linear voltage-current characteristics.The newly developed ZnO ceramics linear resistor can be widely used as releaser resistor and non-inductance resistor.
