| 摘 要： | 我国在高科技产业竞争与风险投资业的国际竞争中处于明显的弱势,在这样的历史条件下如何发展我国风险投资业,我们认为,要建设好我国风险投资体制,关键是要建立起对科技创业企业的孵化机制和高科技企业集团对风险投资的可控机制.
