弹塑性体的理想变形

摘    要:将刚塑性材料的理想变形理论扩展到弹塑性材料的理想变形。使用变形梯度的乘积分解理论,论证了弹塑性理想变形的条件,讨论的材料限于具有光滑凸屈服面的弹塑性体,并假定变形过程均匀。这一理论在成形过程的计算机模拟和毛料设计中有较好的应用前景。

Abstract:O. Richmond et al simplified forming theory of rigid plastic solids and called the simplified theory as ideal forming theory of rigid plastic materials ; they used it to solve engineering problems. We deem that, for solving engineering problems better, it needs to be generalized to become the ideal forming theory of elastic plastic materials. Like Richmond, we assume that the ratios of elongations along the principal axes of plastic deformation remain constant. Unlike Richmond, we must consider elasic deformation and have to make the additional but we deem to be acceptable assumption that the principal elastic strains are coaxial with principal plastic strains. Among equations that we derived, eqs.(21), (23), (24) and (25) are the important ones. We expect our generalized forming theory to solve better such problems as blank sheet design and analysis of forming process.
