Analysis and computation on interruption capacity of SF6 expansion circuit breaker

With mathematical method and computer program, through the analysis of the gas flow incircuit breaker, the gas state parameters of SF6 such as pressure, temperature and the rate of flowthrough the nozzle were calculated during the are interrupting process of 1 10 kV SF6 self-expansioncircuit breaker. The theoretical results have provided some valuable basis for the design of this new typeof circuit breaker.
