邻氯对苯二酚二缩水甘油醚合成及其固化体系研究

摘    要:以邻氯对苯二酚、环氧氯丙烷为原料,四乙基溴化铵为相转移剂,在碱性条件下,合成邻氯对苯二酚二缩水甘油醚。最佳合成条件:n(环氧氯丙烷)∶n(邻氯对苯二酚)为18,x(催化剂)为1.0%,闭环反应4 h最高收率可达80.5%。通过傅里叶红外光谱仪和显微熔点测定仪对产物结构和熔点进行了表征,并计算出该产物与甲基四氢苯酐(Me–THPA)的固化体系的活化能。

Abstract:The o-chloro hydroquinone diglycidyl ether was synthesized under alkaline condition by using o-chloro hydroquinone and epichlorohydrin as raw materials, tetraethylammonium bromide as phase transfer agent. The optimal synthesis conditions: n(epichlorohydrin):n(o-chloro hydroquinone)= 18, x(catalyst)=1.0%, the maximum yield can reach 80.5% when close-ring reaction time is 4 h. The structure and melting point of the product were characterized by using Fourier infrared spectrometer and microscopic melting point apparatus, and the activation energy of the product/ methyl tetrahydrophenyl anhydride (Me-THPA) curing system was calculated.
