摘 要: | 链条固定装置是锚杆钻机的重要装置,论文是针对现用结构的缺陷进行的改型设计。文章根据现用装置的破坏形式分析了其结构问题,提出了三种可供选择的结构形式,并分析了这些结构的优缺点,确定了后续设计的关键点。通过对这些备选结构进行结构比较和强度分析。最终选择了一种可以使用的结构形式。

Abstract: | Chain fixing device discussed in the paper is an important component of bolting machine. The article mainly discusses the modify- ing design which aimed at solving the deficiency of the existing construction. The shortage of current structure is put forward in the essay ac- cording to the damage forms. Three structures are brought forward for optimization, and their merits and drawbacks which are used to decide the sticking points of the coming analysis are also introduced in the thesis. Finally, ultimate structure is selected based on construction com- paring and strength analyzing. |
