| 摘 要： | 电能难以储存的性质一直是困扰电力系统的主要问题之一。近几十年来，储能技术的发展作为电力系统提高稳定性、调频调压、补偿负荷的新手段，为电力系统的规划、设计、制造、控制、调度等方面带来新的发展。介绍了电力储能技术的情况和发展，结合四川电力系统的特点，进行了展望。
