摘    要:根据袋式除尘器的钢结构主要部件—底梁的结构特点,针对其强度校核、结构优化等问题,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS的参数化设计语言APDL建立整体模型,对其进行结构分析,结果表明:底梁上其他的承载结构,对底梁有明显的加强作用,对结构进行整体的建模分析,更符合工程实际,同时也可以获得更准确的设计计算方案;以此为依据,进行了以重量为目标函数的评估和优化,在保证结构具有足够强度和刚度的前提下,实现了底梁钢耗的较大幅度降低。

Abstract:According to the structural characteristics on mudsill of the main steel structure of the pulse jet precipitator.With the issue that strength verification and structural optimization.Using parametric design language APDL of the finite element analysis software ANSYS to establish the whole model,and solving it with structure analysis method.The result show that:the payload structure on mudsill has an obvious strengthen action to it.It will be more in line with the actual projects and also can get a more accurate design calculation program,when put the structure together for a whole modeling analysis.And as a basis,carried out the weight objective function’s evaluation and optimization,under the condition that structure has enough strength and stiffness,the weight of mudsill has a great scope dropped.
