摘    要:针对渤海油田钻4000m水平位移井遇到的技术难题,进行了摩阻扭矩预测及评价、井眼净化计算、井壁稳定计算,设计了软件集成平台,研制了可变径稳定器及井下闭环可变径同心稳定器,开发了用于大位移井的水基泥浆。这些技术及设备在渤海秦皇岛326等油田6口大位移井中应用,均取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:Some technologic difficulties were faced in drilling the horizontal extended reach drilling (ERD) well with a depth of 4000 meters in Bohai Oilfield.An integrated software for drilling design and operation supervision,prediction and analysis of hole drags and torque,hole stability,hole cleaning was developed.A hydraulic adjustable stabilizer and an electronic adjustable stabilizer were designed,and the water_based drilling fluids were prepared.All of these technologies had been applied in two horizontal reach wells near 4000 meters deep in Bohai Oilfield,and good results in drilling have been obtained.
