浅析社区商业的规模业态及其规划布局类型

随着我国城市化进程的快速发展,社区商业作为城市发展的重要组成部分,具有巨大的价值空间和发展前景。但是,我们国家的社区商业的发展还相对滞后,多数社区商业开发商仅以利率追逐为导向,缺乏了对项目整体的前瞻性思考,导致了规划失衡,业态组合不合理等众多问题。因此,本文主要针对这两个方面的问题,通过实地调研、总结,提出具体的社区商业规模业态判定方法及规划布局的操作策略。

Analysis of the Size of the Community Business Forms and its Layout Type

With the rapid development of urbanization in our country, the business community as an important part of urban development, has great value space and development prospects. But, our countryg community business development is relatively lagging, most community commercial developers only to chase in- terest rate as the guidance, the lack of the proactive thinking, and of the whole project imbalance led to the planning, ninny problems such as um~asonable for- mats combination. Therefore, this article mainly aims at the problem of these two aspects, through on -the -spot investigation, the summary, put forward concrete methods of community commercial scale forms and layout of operation strategy.
