利用劣质植物油制取金属皂的研究

摘    要:金属皂是一类重要的化工原料 ,其中钙皂和锌皂的应用最为广泛 ,该研究探讨了以劣质植物油为主要原料 ,制取钙皂和锌皂的工艺路线和参数 ,为油脂的综合利用提供了一条新途径。其中较优的工艺条件为 :皂化时 ,碱液分 3次加入 ,盐析 2次 ,皂化时间、温度、超碱量依次为 3h、95℃、5 % ,复分解反应温度为 95℃~10 0℃ ,制取钙皂和锌皂的超盐量分别为 10 %和 5 %。

Abstract:Metal soap is a sort of important chemical material.Lime soap and zinc soap are the most widely used ones,which can be made from deteriorated oil.The preparation method and the parameter was discussed.This is a new way for the comprehensive utilization of plant oil.The optimum technology conditions are as follows.In saponification,the alkali liquor was added in three separate times,the soap was salted for two times,and the oil was saponified at 95 ℃ for 3 h with NaOH 105%(based on its theoretical amount).The replacement reaction was carried out at 95 ℃~100 ℃,and the amount of CaCl 2 and ZnSO 4·7H 2O is respectively 110% and 105%(based on its theoretical amount).
