基于AHP和余弦决策法的城市轨道交通安全性评价

摘    要:针对影响城市轨道交通安全的各种因素,从列车设备、工程设施、人员管理以及外部环境等4个方面建立了层次结构的安全性评价指标体系.通过AHP法即层次分析法对评价体系的各指标进行权重的确定,运用余弦决策法建立了城市轨道交通安全性评价模型,对城市轨道交通的安全性进行了综合评价.并用算例验证了模型的合理性和有效性.

Abstract:For a variety of factors affect the safety of urban rail transit, the Hierarchical structure of the safety evaluation index system is established from the four aspects of train equipment, engineering, facilities, personnel management and the external environment. The weight of various indicators in the evaluation system is identified by AHP, and the model of safety evaluation is established by cosine method which is used to conduct safety evaluation of the urban rail transit.The example is used to verify the model which is a reasonable and effective.
