PET瓶封盖质量在线检测系统的设计与实现

摘    要:设计了一套完整的基于DSP+ARM双核处理器的PET瓶封盖质量检测系统。首先通过DSP DM642完成对图像传感器MT9P031的RAW原始数据采集,然后对采集的PET瓶图像进行定位并实现相关的图像处理算法,最后采用ARM11嵌入式系统对整个传动设备进行监控。经过实际生产线的应用证明,该在线检测系统能够胜任在高速PET瓶封盖生产线中的应用。

Abstract:This paper aims to design a complete PET bottle package defect detection system based on dual core processor which included DSP and ARM.Through the DSP DM642 to collect the RAW stream of raw data from image sensor MT9P031,then position the PET bottle image and real-time display the processed image,in addition,by the embedded system based on ARM11 on the whole transmission equipment monitoring and statistical treatment of data.The actual production line application confirms that the design of this on-line detection system can be capable of high-speed PET bottle package production line.
