摘    要:文中阐述了疲劳破坏在工程中的危害性和疲劳寿命分析的重要性,论述了疲劳寿命分析的基本原理。建立了65 m天线的总体和局部的有限元模型,给出了疲劳寿命分析的边界条件。以实验数据为基础,经过处理和转化,得到了42CrMo材料的S-N曲线和Gerber曲线。对65 m天线进行了疲劳寿命分析,得到了疲劳寿命结果和危险点的具体位置,对结构设计进行了改进。结果表明:进行疲劳寿命分析,是解决天线工程上安全性和可靠性问题的有效手段。

Abstract:In this paper,the harm of fatigue failure and the essentiality of fatigue life analysis in engineering systems are discussed,the principle of fatigue life is discussed.According to the whole finite element(FE) model and the local FE model,the boundary condition of fatigue life analysis is presented.Based on the test data,the S-N curve and Gerber curve of 42CrMo steel are gained after data processing and transforming.By the fatigue life analysis of 65 m radio telescope,the fatigue life result and the detailed dangerous location are obtained,the structure design of 65 m antenna is improved.Results show that fatigue life analysis is effective for solving the problem of safty and reliability in antenna engineering.
