摘    要:飞机作战性能的提升及作战环境的复杂化对机载电子设备的环境适应性提出了越来越高的要求,如何提高电子设备在恶劣环境下的生存能力是目前机载设备结构设计应重点关注的问题。文中分析了机械环境、气候环境及电磁环境等因素对机载电子设备性能和可靠性的影响,着重强调了结构设计时应综合考虑各种环境因素的影响,在强度、散热、"三防"、电磁兼容等方面采取针对性措施,整体提升机载电子设备的质量及环境适应性。

Abstract:With the promotion of aeroplane performance and complication of battle environment,environmental adaptability requirements for airborne electronic equipment are increasing.For structural design of airborne electronic equipment,more attention should be given to improving the viability of electronic equimpent in harsh environment.In this paper,the impacts of mechanical environment,climate environment and electromagnetic environment on the performance and reliability of airborne electronic equipment are analyzed.All environmental factors are emphasized to be taken into account in structural design and relevant solutions about mechanical strength,cooling,"three proof"design and electromagnetic compatibility are expatiated,the quality and environmental adaptability of electronic equipment are thus improved.
