一种模块化控制台的设计实现

为实现控制台的快速响应设计,达到降低成本的目的,研究了控制台的模块化设计方法,给出了控制台模块的设计思路。根据模块化设计理论,将控制台划分为柜体、台板、显示固定3大模块,同时进行了模块系列化。通过对不同系列的模块进行组合与搭配以快速满足用户提出的不同需求,有效降低了设计、生产、管理成本。

Modular Design and Implementation of a Console

To realize rapid response design of a console and reduce cost,modular design method of the console is studied,and the design ideas of console modules are presented.The console is divided into 3 modules： cabinet,table and monitor based on the theory of modular design.Moreover,a series of modules are created.So the customer demands can be satisfied rapidly by the combination of different modules.The costs of design,manufacture and management are thus decreased.
