摘 要: | 本文以简易公式法为理论依据,在充分考虑油管回压的基础上,结合柔性连续碳纤维抽油杆的具体特性,并运用计算机编程技术,编制出了一套碳纤维—钢混合抽油杆应用设计软件。通过输入油井工况数据,利用该软件可有效设计出配重杆的规格及长度等施工数据,并能预测产液量,同时所有信息都能及时存放到各自对应的数据库中。现场应用表明,该软件具有较高的精度,能够满足工程需要。

Abstract: | This paper developed a set of software used to design carbon fiber-steel compound oil sucker rod system basedon simplified formula with full consideration of back-pressure in oil pipe and characteristics of flexible continuouscarbon fiber oil sucker rod.The specification and length of super-heavy steel rod can be designed effectively after in-putting the oil well data,and all the information can be stored in each corresponding database.The practical resultsshowed that the software has a high precision and can meet the engineering requirements. |
