气辅注塑成型工艺过程及其关键技术

摘    要:气体辅助注塑成型工艺包含塑料熔体注射和气体注射两部分,由气体推动塑料熔体充满模具型腔,因此具有普通注塑成型工艺所没有的优点,但在应用上也带来了特殊的技术要求。本文介绍了几种常用的气体辅助注塑成型工艺过程,并从制品设计、模具技术和工艺控制三方面分析了应用气体辅助注塑成型工艺的关键技术。

Abstract:Gas-assisted plastics injection molding process include two steps which are injection of polymer melt into mold cavity and followde injection of compressde gas into the polymer melt. The gas will penetrate in the polymer melt and force hte polymer melt to fill the whole mold cavity which brings many advantages the traditional injection molding process haven' t and reguires many new critical technologies hte latter don' t requires at the same time. This paper introduces several kinds of ordinary application forms of this new process and analyzes the critical technologies of the process from the point of product design, mold technology and process control.
