摘    要:以添加型阻燃剂将塑料阻燃后,塑料的冲击强度大多明显下降。用四溴邻苯二甲酸二(2 乙基己基)酯(TBPDO)或它与其他溴系阻燃剂的混合物阻燃苯乙烯系塑料(HIPS、ABS及SMA),可明显提高阻燃塑料的冲击强度。用含TBPDO的混合物阻燃工程塑料(PC、PBT及改性PDO),能较大幅度改善塑料的熔体流动性能及拉伸强度。本文综述TBPDO的制法、性能及以它为基的阻燃系统在上述塑料中的应用。

Abstract:Addition of flame retardants into plastics usually causes a decrease in the impact strength of plastics The use of Tetrabromophthalate di 2 ethylbexyl (TBPDO) or its mixture with other brominated flame retardants can considerably increase the impact strength of flame retarded styrenated plastics, including HIPS, ABS and SMA In addition, the mixtures of TBPDO with phosphates or brominated oligomers are able to improve the fensile strength and melt flow property fo enginearing plastics,such as PC, PBT and modified PPO This paper reviews the preparation, properties and applications of TBPDO
