摘    要:利用振动分析技术判断摩托车发动机主要运动件磨损状况,对活塞-气缸套组件的撞击模型、主运动件的磨损率、振动传感器的安放、振动激励源等问题作了探讨;通过模拟故障实验得到了利用振动参数判断摩托车发动机活塞-气缸套组件磨损状况的检测方法。

Abstract:In this paper, the possibility to diagnose the wear condition of the main moving parts of motorcycle engines is discussed. Some items such as the crashing pattern of the piston - cylinder assembly, the wear ratio of the main moving parts, the location of the vibration sensors, the resources of the vibration exciting and so on are analyzed. The inspection measare to diagnose the wear condition of the piston - cylinder assembly of the motorcycle engines by uhlizing the vibration parameters is obtained through the simulating fault tests.
