超声波染色的动力学研究

摘    要:以还原蓝RSN染棉的试验为例,对超声波染色动力学进行了研究。结果表明,超声波染色不但可以缩短染色时间,降低染色温度,大大提高染料的上染百分率,而且可以提高扩散系统,降低染料的活化能力。

Abstract:Based on the trial of dyeing cotton with vat blue RSN, by means of the method of micro-measurement, the kinetics of ultrasound dyeing was investigated. It appeared that the ultrasound dyeing could not only shorten dyeing time, decrease dyeing temperature, greatly improve the dye-uptake, but also greatly increase diffusion coefficient, reduce dyeing active energy, and guarantee the dyeing fastness. So, the ultrasound dyeing is rational in economic and feasible in practice. It has broad developing prospect.
