甲烷抑制剂对餐厨垃圾甲烷减排的影响

摘    要:研究了生物抑制剂对餐厨垃圾厌氧发酵过程中产甲烷菌的抑制效果和抑制机理.结果表明,氯仿和乙炔都高效的甲烷抑制剂,在20 mg/kg时,氯仿的抑制率可达到98.1%,当乙炔含量高于1.2%(体积分数)时,体系的抑制率可以达到100%.通过响应曲面回归分析考察了氯仿和乙炔对抑制率和挥发酸含量的影响.分析表明,乙炔对产甲烷菌的抑制影响比氯仿显著,但高浓度的乙炔对产酸菌有抑制作用.

Abstract:The inhibition effects and mechanisms of biological inhibitor on methanogenesis in the anaerobic digestion process of kitchen wastes are investigated. Both chloroform and acetylene can inhibit methanogens effectively.With a concentration of 20 mg/kg,the inhibition efficiency of chloroform reaches 98.1%,and the complete inhibition of methanogenesis is observed as the concentration of acetylene is more than 1.2%(v/v).A response surface regression analysis(RSREG) is employed to determine the optimum conditions...
