关于金属切削过程中刃区物的受力分析

本文第一次提出了刃区物(Material on the edge section)的概念。认为,前刀面流变层及积屑层、后刀面流变层及积屑层、副屑,积屑瘤,鳞刺等均是刃区物的衍生物。文中对刃区物的受力状态进行了分析,提出了刃区物受力状态模型,并对各种衍生物的产生条件进行了分析。

The Stress Analysis of the Material on the Edge Section in the process of Metal Cutting

In this paper, the concept of material on the edge section is put forward for the first time. It is believed that the flow layer and built-up layer on the face and flank, the additional chip, the built-up edge and the scale are all derivatives from the material on the edge section. Stress state of the material on the edge section is analysed and a stress model is given. The conditions which the various derivatives result from are also studied in this paper.
