摘    要:电机轴与转子铁心通常采用过盈配合,但过盈量选择不当会造成冲片平面度差,导致铁心质量差,电磁噪声升高,空载电流增大,影响电机整机性能。通过试验研究分析,总结出合理的过盈量和工艺方法,保证铁心制造质量,保证整机产品性能。

Abstract:The interference fit is usually adopted between motor shaft and rotor core, but inappropriate interference magnitude will cause poor flatness of lamination, lead to poor core quality, high electromagnetic noise and large no-load current, and then influence performance indexes of motor. By experimental research and analysis, this paper presents the reasonable in- terference magnitude and technological method to ensure manufacturing quality of iron core and overall performance of motor.
