国外某多金属硫化矿工艺矿物学研究

摘    要:对国外某多金属硫化矿进行了矿石成分、主要矿物结构构造及嵌布特征、单体解离度分析。结果表明:该矿物为复杂难选多金属硫化矿,有用矿物主要有闪锌矿、黄铜矿和黄铁矿,脉石矿物主要有石英等,有用矿物含量高、嵌布粒度细、相互包裹,分离难度大,适宜的细磨程度需通过选矿试验确定。

Abstract:Analysis was done on ore composition, texture and structure, embedding feature and single liberation degree of main minerals of a polymetallic sulphide ore abroad. The results indicates, the mineral belongs to a complex and refractory polymetallic sulphide ore, useful minerals are mainly sphalerite, chalcopyrite and pyrite, gangue minerals are mainly quartz and so on, content of useful minerals is high, disseminated grain size is fine, encapsulated with each other and is difficult to separate, suitable fine grinding degree needs beneficiability tests to confirm.
