Abstract:A new Quantum Dots(Qdots) nanocrystal composed of semiconductor core and zinc sulfide shell, and its feasibility as labels in immunofluorescence analysis for the imaging of tumor biomarkers by laser scanning confocal microscope(LSCM) was investigated.
