钎焊保温时间对GH738与GH4169镍基合金真空钎焊接头组织性能的影响

摘    要:用镍基钎料钎焊镍基合金时钎焊保温时间对钎缝易产生金属间化合物、晶界渗入脆化现象有重要影响,因此采用5、15和45min三种钎焊保温时间对镍基合金进行真空钎焊试验,通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线能谱仪及硬度计等研究了三种钎焊保温时间下钎焊接头微观组织、成分及显微硬度分布等内容。结果表明,随着钎焊保温时间的延长,接头钎料与母材之间的元素扩散越充分,当钎焊保温时间为45min时,接头组织大部分为固溶体。

Abstract:The effects of brazing holding time on inconel superalloy vacuum brazing were evaluated.Brazing holding time was crucial to intermetallic compounds formation and grain boundary brittle phenomenon in the inconel superalloy brazing by using nickel based filler.Microstructure of the joints brazed,element distribution and microhardness was evaluated at brazing holding for 5 min,15 min and 45 min by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy and microhardness meter.The r...
