| 摘 要： | 阐述了工业煤气发生炉耐火内衬以耐火混凝土替代耐火砖改造的工艺过程,对施工技术和材料做了详细介绍,并对改造后的使用过程进行了综合分析。实践证明,工业煤气发生炉采用耐火混凝土内衬在施工、造价、使用周期方面的确优于原传统的耐火砖内衬。

| Abstract: | The process for revamping the refractory lining of the industrial gas generator is expounded, the construction technology and the materials concerned are also introduced in detail. Moreover, comprehensive analysis is made on the operation of the gas generator after it has been revamped. Facts prove that the new refractory concrete lining is superior to the traditional firebricks lining in construction, price as well as in application. |
