一种新型水墙式密闭装置的研究

摘    要:针对目前煤矿巷道封闭技术的不足和密闭墙的缺点,介绍一种通过充水快速封闭火区的密闭装置,并通过试验验证其密闭效果。结果表明:对于断面为11.9 m2的粗糙壁面巷道,封闭所需时间为15 min,密闭漏风率仅为4%左右。该装置具有封闭迅速、稳定性好、封闭性能优良等特点。试验结果为水墙式密闭在煤矿井下的推广与应用提供了可靠依据。

Abstract:Aiming at the shortcomings of the sealing technologies and hermetic walls in mine,a hermetic device that could quickly seal the fire areas by water filling is introduced,its sealing effect is tested by experiment.The result shows that it only takes15 minutes to set up the device at a rough-wall roadway of 11.9m2 area and the air leakage rate is only about 4%.There are many advantages of the water wall hermentic device,such as sealing rapidly,well stability,good sealing capability and so on.This result provi...
