高密度浓相流化床内气泡行为的研究

摘    要:利用高速动态分析系统研究了二维床中气泡的运动行为,通过对所拍摄图像的分析处理,得到了不同介质流化床内形成的气泡形状、气泡大小、上升速度、聚并及分裂的基本规律和特点,研究表明:气泡的运动行为与介质粒子的大小、粒度组成、密度、形状、表面特性有关;气泡的上升速度是气泡表现气速和当量直径的函数,但其K值并不是一个常数;气泡的湮灭、聚并与分裂是流态化不同阶段的流化床行为,又因不同的介质而互有差异,这一结果为深入研究和描述气固高密度浓相流化床中气泡运动的规律打下了基础。

Abstract:Bubble behaviors in gas-solid fluidized bed were studied using the advanced high-speed video camera. By analyzing on the recorded images, basic rules and characteristics such as the shape, size, rising velocity, coalescence and splitting of bubbles in fluidized beds with different dense medium were gained. The results show that the bubble behavior was related to physical properties of the medium including size, shape and distribution and density as well as surface property of particles . the bubble rising velocity is a function of superficial gas velocity and the bubble diameter. The bubble splitting, coalescence and annihilating are behaviors of fluidized bed under different stages, varying with the difference of dense media.
