| 摘 要： | 目前用高效液相色谱法测定三聚氰胺是一种常用方法。本文经过长期实验积累,分析液相色谱法测定三聚氰胺可能出现"假阳性"的各方面原因,考虑样品在实验过程中可能被污染,对包括流动相、色谱柱、检测器等各环节进行分析,归纳出排除"假阳性"结果的几种方法,为广大检测人员提供参考。

| Abstract: | At present,HPLC is a routine method for the analysis of melamine.This article analyzed the reasons of false positive of melamine tested by HPLC after a lot of experiment.Since it was possible that sample polluted during the course of determination,the determine conditions including mobile phase,chromatographic column and detector were tested.At last,we concluded some methods to excluded the false positive,giving some reference methods for all testing works. |
