攀枝花钒铁精矿钠化焙烧提钒新工艺研究

摘    要:研究了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、钠化剂种类、配比等对攀枝花钒铁精矿焙烧的影响, 得出了焙烧阶段最佳条件为焙烧温度为1 300 ℃、焙烧时间为120 min、Na2CO3含量为6%。试验结果表明, 钒铁精矿采用钠化焙烧水浸提钒工艺, 比火法提钒的回收率高,钒的转浸率能达到86.91%。

Abstract:The effect of roasting temperature and time, and kind of sodium agent and proportioning on the roasting of Panzhihua V-Fe concentrate was studied. It is found that the best conditions for the roasting are: roasting temperature of 1 300 ℃, roasting time of 120 min, and Na2CO3 content of 6%. The results show that the recovery of vanadium extraction from V-Fe concentrate by sodium roasting and leaching is higher than that by pyrogenic process, and the vanadium leaching rate can be 86.91%.
