紫金山金矿露天开采的几个特点

紫金山金矿于1993年首先进行地下开采，几经扩建后1997年转向露天开采。当年实施上部矿体覆盖层揭硕大爆破，低成本大批量剥离废石；2000年全部转为露天开采．并使用陡帮开采工艺，以减少基建剥岩及费用投入；利用采场附近高阶段大容量排土场，实现30多个台阶同时排土作业；采场内多条高度大于200m放矿溜井，平硐电机车或1132m长距离胶带机输送矿石，降低采场矿石运输距离和成本。其露天开采的几个显著特点值得类似矿山鉴借。

Several features of opencasting mining in Zijinshan Gold Mine

In 1993, underground mining was carried out in Zijinshan Gold Mine, and after several extensions opencast mining was accepted in 1997. During mining in 1997 ,the overlying strata were blasted out and the waste rock was stripped in large scale. In 2000, the opencast mining technique was popularized, and steep opencast mining technique was used in order to reduce the amount and costs of rock stripping. During mining, spoil discharge was conducted in more than 30 stepped faces with the large spoil discharge field near the stope. Several ore chutes longer than 200m were used and level adit mining electric locomotives or 1 132-meter-width long distance belt conveyers were used to convey the ore so as to reduce the ore transportation distance and cost. The above-mentioned characteristics of opencast mining technique are worth accepting in similar mines.
