差动液粘调速器的结构机理

摘    要:该装置用于大功率带式输送机的软起动,事先给出带式输送机起动时理想的速度、加速度曲线。通过压力、速度、功率等检测信号反馈,形成闭环控制回路,自动调节摩擦片间隙,改变输出转速和转矩,使实际起动曲线逼近理想曲线,从而实现动态可控起动。同样用调节摩擦片间隙的方法,精确控制多机驱动功率平衡和软制动,大大降低胶带动张力,使输送机起动及制动更加平稳,同时大幅度降低设备成本。该文重点阐述差动液粘调速器的结构、工作原理、传递力矩计算、分析摩擦传动特性、效率及发热等。

Abstract:This device is used for high-power belt conveyor's soft start. This Paper presents belt conveyor's idea velocity and acceleration curve according high-power belt conveyor's demands to drive equipment advance. The fluid viscidity timing clutch is esed as controlled soft start device. Its controller detects the feedback signal of pressure and speed, then forms the closed control loop. It can adjust the clearance between the frictional pieces to adjust the output rotating speed and torque, so the actual starting curve approves the idea curve and realizes the dynamical controlled start-up. In the same way, through adjusting the clearance between the frictional pieces , realize the power balance of multi-point drive and soft brake, it can reduce the dynamical tension significantly so that the belt conveyor's start-up and brake more and more smooth, and the cost is reduced. This paper intraduces differential fluid viscidity timing clutch's structure, working principle, calculating torque, analyzes friction transmission character and oil-film transmission mechanism, efficiency and radiation.
