| 摘 要： | 采用切片显微观察的方法研究了不同品种白肋烟叶片组织结构的差异。结果表明:叶片厚度、栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度、栅栏组织厚度与海绵组织厚度比值、上表皮厚度等与烟叶品质和产量关系较密切的特性各品种表现依次为TN86>KY907>TN90>KY908>K26>KY8959。因此,TN86品种的叶片组织结构较好,KY907、TN90次之,KY908、KY8959、K26较差。

| Abstract: | The tissue of lamina of different burley tobacco cultivars were studied by slides observation under microscope. The results showed that cultivars in order of the value of some key features closely related to tobacco quality and yield, such as leaf thickness, thickness ratio between palisade tissue and spongy tissue, and the thickness of upper epidermis, were TN86>KY907>TN90>KY908>K26>KY8959. Therefore, the tissue constitution of TN86 was the best, followed by KY907 and TN90. |
